NEWS/REMINDERS FOR 2024:

For those Accepted:

  • The cost is $400 per 10’ x 10’ tent for three days, $800 for 10’ X 20”. We will send you your booth number closer to the event.

  • No tents or tent-set-up service is provided. All tents must have four sides to zip up and secure at night.

  • SETUP IS THURSDAY BEFORE SHOW DATE, FROM 3:30PM TO 8PM. YOU MAY SETUP ON FRIDAY AS EARLY AS 7AM BUT MUST BE READY FOR CUSTOMERS BY NOON.

  • Show hours are: Friday; Noon-6pm, and Saturday/Sunday 10am-6pm

  • NO PARKING is allowed around the green and this includes parking lots and spaces around the green. You are welcome to drive near to your booth location and unload, but you must move your vehicle immediately after unloading to the recommended places below. Otherwise, visitors can’t park to visit the show and buy your wares!

  • ERIE STREET is 2 blocks north of the brick tower opposite the soccer field--perfect for parking

  • For larger vehicles, try the parking lot by the Pond Fishing Access area (see maps)

  • Please take your valuables with you each night and secure your tents. While there is limited security in the evening we will not be held responsible for any losses or damages.

  • Check-in is at the MAA tent--please stop there upon arrival to check-in & get your show badge

  • No refreshments provided

  • Please be prepared for all weather as this is a rain or shine show. Make sure to have weights for your tents as winds can sometimes get blustery.

  • Fingers crossed for good weather.

  • Public Bathrooms are located opposite the Police Station on S. Embassy & St. S. Euclid St. Portapottties are also available.


RULES AND REGULATIONS:

  • All artwork must be original work of the displaying artist. No proxy exhibitors, dealers or agents.

  • Buy/Sell vendors are prohibited

  • The event director reserves the right to remove any questionable, offensive or inappropriate work

  • Booth areas must look professional and tidy at all times

  • Artist must be present all days of the event, unless special arrangement has been made in advance.

  • No vehicles are allowed on the show grounds(Other than for drop off of work)

  • Artists must keep their artwork/storage within allotted space. You are responsible for your trash removal

  • Any artists closing their booth prior to the end of the show will not be permitted to return in the future

  • If an artist has to cancel their appearance 3 weeks or less prior to the show, there is no refund

  • Your participation in this event is considered 100% acceptance with all the above rules and reminders
